I am a Principal Applied Research Manager at Microsoft’s Office of Applied Research, where I lead the continuous improvements of Generative AI systems, such as Microsoft Copilot, by learning from user interaction and feedback.

I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University, based at Cornell Tech.
